1. Preamble

Snatched ("we", "us", or "our") is a subscription-based software service that helps you build a personal archive of public TikTok Live streams from creators you choose to follow (the "Service"). When a followed creator starts a public live session, Snatched can detect that session and save a private copy to your account for later viewing and download.

We provide cloud-based monitoring and storage so you do not need to watch every live in real time. Snatched does not sell access to third-party streams, resell TikTok content, or operate as a streaming platform. The Service is limited to public TikTok Live content for personal archiving. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platforms whose content you choose to save.

2. Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of Snatched and all content or features available through it (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. The Service is available only to individuals 18 years or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership

The website, Service, software, and associated assets are owned by Snatched and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3.2 Usage Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.

3.3 User Content and Responsibilities

We do not claim ownership over recordings you create using the Service. Rights in the underlying streamed content remain with the original creators or rights holders. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions before recording and for ensuring your use complies with copyright law and TikTok’s terms. You must not use the Service to create unauthorized copies or infringe third‑party rights.

3.4 Content Removal

We may remove or disable access to content, or suspend accounts, that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, applicable law, or third‑party rights, including repeat infringement.

4. License and Access

4.1 Private and Non‑Commercial Use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for private, personal, and non‑commercial purposes solely in connection with recording public TikTok Live streams. Commercial use requires our prior written consent and a separate agreement.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Saving or distributing content for which you lack rights or permissions.
• Using the Service for platforms other than TikTok Live.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties.
• Redistributing, broadcasting, or commercially exploiting saved content without authorization.
• Saving private, restricted, or non-public live sessions.
• Using the Service in violation of TikTok's terms or applicable copyright law.
• Attempting to interfere with the security, integrity, or normal operation of the Service.

4.3 Excessive Usage

The Service is designed for typical private consumer usage. Excessive or abusive usage may be limited, suspended, or billed separately at our discretion to protect service integrity.

5. User Obligations

• Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it updated.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and TikTok’s terms and policies.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights of creators and third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

Snatched is intended for personal, non-commercial archiving of public TikTok Live sessions from creators you follow. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Operate a re-streaming, IPTV, or content resale business.
• Collect or distribute personal data about creators or viewers without a lawful basis.
• Harass, impersonate, or misrepresent your relationship with any creator or rights holder.
• Upload, share, or publish saved content in ways that infringe copyright or privacy rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section or that create legal, reputational, or payment risk for Snatched or our partners.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, which may handle payment collection, tax calculation where applicable, and invoicing on our behalf. By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes and authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices, plan limits, and features may change from time to time with reasonable notice where required by law.

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

8. Refunds and Termination

8.1 Refunds

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using core subscription features, contact support@snatched.live within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider to the original payment method. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind cancellations after a billing period has begun, except where required by law.

8.2 Termination by Users

You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Access remains until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

8.3 Termination by Snatched

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, unlawful use, or non‑payment. We may delete stored data after termination as permitted by law.

9. Third‑Party Platforms and Content

Snatched helps you save public TikTok Live sessions you choose to follow. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. Changes to TikTok's platform, policies, or availability may affect the Service, and we are not responsible for disruptions caused by third parties. You are solely responsible for complying with TikTok's terms and any applicable creator or rights-holder requirements when using the Service.

10. Creator and Rights Holder Requests

We respect intellectual property and privacy rights. Creators and rights holders may submit removal or opt-out requests through our support channels or report form. We may remove content, disable access, or suspend accounts when we receive a valid complaint or when we reasonably believe content was saved or used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Modifications and Interruptions

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance or in response to third‑party changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitations of Liability

• The Service is provided on an "as‑is" and "as‑available" basis.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snatched disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to Snatched in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

13. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Snatched.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
• Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Snatched is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts located in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

15. DMCA / Notice of Infringement

If you believe content recorded or stored via the Service infringes your copyright, please send a detailed notice to our designated agent atdmca@snatched.liveincluding: (a) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (b) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good‑faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snatched, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third‑party rights, including intellectual property rights.
